In the meantime, utilize high-end intelligent detection instruments, such as DUI Non-contact Measuring Equipment, ZYGO Interferometer, Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Instrument and Agilent Spectrophotometer, etc., ensure the absolutely accuracy of detecting results by accurately quantify key data in the producing process.
